We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are packaged carefully in protective materials to help prevent glass breakage during transit.

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you once we hand the package over to the carrier.
Ground Shipping Only (Dangerous Goods Compliance)
Due to Canadian federal regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrances (Class 3 Flammable Liquids), all perfume orders are shipped exclusively via ground transportation.
Air shipping and express air services are not available.
We may not be able to ship to certain remote locations or P.O. Boxes where compliant ground service is not offered.
Taxes & Sales Rules
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Applicable GST/HST will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address you provide.
Shipping fees are also subject to GST/HST where required by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Dispatch vs. Transit Time
Order processing time: 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Estimated transit times:
Within Ontario/Quebec: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
Western and Atlantic Canada: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch
These timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, peak holiday periods, or carrier operational issues.
Damaged or Leaking Goods
All fragrance bottles are inspected and packaged securely before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email info@miskfragrance.com with:
Clear, high-resolution photos of:
• The damaged or leaking bottle
• The inner protective packaging
• The exterior shipping box with the shipping label visible
Your order number and full name
Once our customer care team verifies the damage, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to retrieve the package from a carrier pickup location:
You will be responsible for the actual cost of re-shipping the order.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All Sales Final & Returns Policy
Due to the personal nature of cosmetics and fragrances, opened, sprayed, or unsealed perfume bottles are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened items in their original, intact shrink-wrap packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to:
A restocking fee of up to 15%, and
Return shipping costs paid by the buyer.
Returned items must be received in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered to you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that the carrier confirms as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
In such cases, you may need to open a claim directly with the carrier.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
