All products containing alcohol are classified as hazardous materials for air transport and will be shipped solely via approved ground services. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that the carrier confirms as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Unopened returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% and return shipping fees, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns & Refunds
As our fragrances are handcrafted and unique, we can only offer returns on sealed, unused items. For these returns, a modest 15% restocking fee helps us carefully prep the product for a new home. Should a bottle arrive broken, let us know within 48 hours.
